The ZRB-800GE is a servo driven carton sealing machine built around a dual side belt drive sealer. Belts hold the carton on both sides instead of pressing from above, keeping the box square while the tape is applied, and the sealing width and height adjust automatically whenever the carton specification changes. Paired with the ZRN-6050SL shrink tunnel, the same line also delivers a full shrink wrapped carton at 15 pcs per minute.
Mainly used for automatic carton sealing and, when combined with the ZRN-6050SL shrink tunnel, shrink packaging of boxed goods. It solves the carton damage, water soaking and scattering problems that occur during the logistics process.
