L-Shaped Sealing & Cutting Packaging(POF)Production Line

Basic Use:

Widely used in tape, food, cosmetics, hardware, electronic originals, gift boxes and other industries shrink packaging, can also be used for OPP sealing tape flat packaging, can be 2 volumes, 4 volumes, 6 volumes, 8 volumes of combination packaging.

Equipment Advantages:

  • The sealing cutter is manufactured with special alloy material. It prevents film adhesion and delivers tight sealing without cracking, coking, smoke generation or pollution.
  • Imported relays are adopted to convert electrical signals into optical signals for signal transmission, realizing effective electrical isolation.
  • Film sleeving, cutting, sealing and heat shrinking are finished on one continuous production line. It can connect with upstream feeding and sealing lines to realize full unmanned production, cut labor expenses and raise production efficiency.
  • Optimized waste discharge function lowers the failure rate caused by film breakage and solves the frequent film breaking issue existing on traditional flat packaging machines.
  • The material tray adopts non-stick Teflon material, featuring permanent anti-adhesion performance and long service life.
  • The whole workflow supports continuous high-speed operation under fully unmanned automatic control.
