Automatic L Type Sealing Shrink Wrapping Production Line ZRB-800GE + ZRN-6050SL

The ZRB-800GE automatic L type sealing unit works with the ZRN-6050SL 1800x900x600mm shrink tunnel to form a continuous shrink wrapping production line. Products are wrapped, sealed and shrunk in one pass at up to 15 pcs per minute, with servo control keeping the film tension and sealing position repeatable.

Machine Configuration

• ZRB-800GE – automatic L type sealing machine, single phase AC200-240V 50/60Hz 3KW, max. sealing size 600x500mm, machine size 3110x1560x1920mm.
• ZRN-6050SL – shrink tunnel, three phase 220-380V 50-60Hz 21KW, tunnel size 1800x900x600mm, machine size 2500x910x1500mm, net weight 350kg.

Basic Use

The line is mainly used for automatic sealing and shrink packaging of cartons and boxed products. It removes the carton damage, water soaking and scattering risks that appear in the logistics process, and creates a sealed, dust proof and moisture proof package.

Equipment Advantages

• Large shrink tunnel – the 1800x900x600mm chamber of the ZRN-6050SL with air duct circulation gives even hot air distribution, so the film shrinks tightly around every carton without local over heating.
• Stable film release – rolling film release with a film gripping structure keeps the film flat, avoids deviation and curling, and reduces film breakage during sealing.
• Single servo sealing – servo controlled sealing head produces a clean, firm seal with repeatable position accuracy and low maintenance.
• Servo waste take-up – mechanical expansion shaft waste collection with servo positioning keeps trimmed film collected accurately.
• Three film types – PE, POF and PVC shrink film can all run on the same line for different transparency and strength requirements.
