Automatic Assembly Line Labelling Head ZRL-EP506 Universal Line-Mount Design Compact Customizable 40-200 PCS/Min

The ZRL-EP506 is a stand-alone labeling head built to be mounted onto an existing packing line or conveyor. It applies labels to the upper plane of products moving on the line – boxes, food packs, toys, cosmetics, electronic parts, pharmaceutical cartons – at 40-200 PCS/Min with ±1mm accuracy. At about 30kg and 700×780×1500mm it is a compact unit that bolts onto the line rather than replacing it, and the frame height and width can be customized to your conveyor.

• Universal Line-Mount Design – the labeling head is supplied as a self-contained module that fits any assembly line or conveyor. Mount it above a moving belt, align it to the product flow and start labeling – no separate labeling station and no re-layout of the packing line.
• Compact & Customizable – only about 30kg and 700×780×1500mm, it takes up minimal line space; frame height and width can be extended on request to suit tall products or wide conveyors.
• 40-200 PCS/Min On-Line Labeling – labels flowing products at 40 to 200 pieces per minute (depending on product and label size), so throughput follows the line speed instead of being limited by a manual labeling position.
• Flat & Cambered Surfaces – handles upper plane labeling and cambered surface labeling on products from 40-400mm long, 40-500mm wide and 1-150mm high.
• Optional Coding – add a ribbon coding machine or inkjet printer to print production date, batch number and barcode on the label in the same pass.
• Wide Industry Fit – packaging, food, toy, daily chemical, electronics and pharmaceutical lines that need top labeling without buying a full labeling machine.

Suitable for upper plane labeling and cambered surface labeling of products in packaging, food, toy, daily chemical, electronic and pharmaceutical industries. Mount it on any assembly line or conveyor belt for on-line labeling of moving products – cartons, pouches, blister packs, boxes, bottle caps and similar flat workpieces.
