The PET Strap Production Line is a fully automatic extrusion system dedicated to the continuous manufacturing of high-strength PET strapping bands. It is extensively adopted in packaging, logistics, transportation and industrial bundling sectors, producing straps featuring stable performance, premium quality and precise dimensional control.
Equipped with advanced single-screw extrusion technology and optimized screw & barrel structure, the equipment achieves efficient plasticization of PET raw materials. The complete line consists of drying, extrusion, water cooling, stretching, embossing, heating and automatic winding units. The PLC system realizes synchronous operation of all modules for stable and reliable production efficiency.
This production line can process PET pellets, recycled PET bottle flakes and shredded waste PET straps. Adjustable strap width and thickness provide flexible manufacturing solutions to fulfill various customer demands.
